Billy Totes Rental Terms & Disclaimer

These terms help keep rentals simple, fair, and available for every customer. By booking a Billy Totes rental, you agree to the rental terms below.

Rental Periods

Billy Totes offers two-week and one-month rental options. One-month rentals are priced at the rate of three weeks.

Delivery Area

Standard delivery is available within Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties.

Outside Standard Delivery Area

Delivery and pickup outside the standard service area may be available by request. Additional delivery and pickup mileage is charged at $1 per mile outside the standard area.

Late Returns

Late returns are charged at the same rate as the equivalent additional rental time. If your move timeline changes, contact Billy Totes as soon as possible.

Extensions

Rental extensions may be available depending on schedule and inventory. Extension fees are charged at the same rate as the equivalent additional rental time.

Lost or Damaged Totes

Lost or damaged totes are charged at $20 per tote.

Lost or Damaged Dolly

Lost or damaged dollies are charged at the cost of replacement.

Cleaning and Sanitation

Billy Totes handles cleaning and sanitation between rentals. Customers should return totes empty and free of trash, food, liquids, or personal items.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.

Availability

Reservations are subject to inventory, scheduling, and delivery availability.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping rented totes and dollies in reasonable condition during the rental period and making them available for pickup at the scheduled time.
